Upgraded my PersonalBrain today

No, not THAT brain … don’t be silly. The PersonalBrain from www.thebrain.com –billed as:

the leading provider of visual content management solutions.

I’ve blogged on it before and made the leap today to go ahead and buy the Core version and continue implementing use of the program for the knowledge base aspects of this visual content/knowledge mangagement system that allows visual connection of an infinite number of relationships. Those relationships can be between people, between concepts or thoughts, between elements of factual knowledge, or between and among any mixture of the foregoing. I see many uses for this and intend to also continue using Evernote (which I’ve also blogged on) and attempt to discern truly productive ways to use them both without duplicating efforts.  That’s the trick.

As with any system of note-taking, accumulation of data, or other method of accumulating information in a retrievable form, you have to first have a system. Computer software alone cannot solve a problem for which you don’t yet have a system solution.
